Zusammenfassung:	A kind of preparation method for aqueous polyurethane emulsion includes the following steps: (1) performing polymerization reaction with the use of polyol and polyisocyanate, to produce a precursor polymer; (2) in the presence of a catalyst, reacting the precursor polymer with a hydrophilic-chained extender to produce a hydrophilic polymer; (3) reacting the said hydrophilic polymer with a capping agent to produce a capping polymer; (4) reacting the said capping polymer with a chain extender to produce a prepolymer; (5) mixing the neutralizing agent, an active diluent, and water and said prepolymer, and after an emulsion process, to produce an aqueous polyurethane emulsion, wherein, there is not any aprotic organic solvent used from step (1) to step (5). The prepared aqueous polyurethane emulsion of the foregoing method will not remain any aprotic organic solvent.
