Zusammenfassung:	An object of the present invention relates to provide a hydrophic treatment agent for a metallic material containing aluminum to form a film being capable of giving excellent hydrophilicity, hydrophilicity persistence and odor to a heat exchanger and etc. A means for the object is a hydrophic treatment agent for a metallic material containing aluminum, the treatment agent comprising an organic-inorganic composite particles and water. Specifically, the organic-inorganic composite particles comprise a water-soluble resin having a hydroxyl group (A), a water-insoluble inorganic oxide (B), organic alkoxy silane (C), and a surfactant (D) formulated with a specific proportion. Moreover, content of the organic-inorganic composite particles is 40-100 mass% based on total solids.
