The slide portion (14) includes a slide member (46) detachably connecting to the driving rod (22), and a guide rod (48) fixed on the slide member (46). The guide portion (16) includes a guide plate (64) fixed on the cylinder body (28) and a guide tube (66) fixed on the guide plate (64). The guide rod (48) is slidably inserted through the guide tube (66).
