description A controlling method of a shielding apparatus is described, which is suitable for shielding an object to be cooled in a continuing process. The controlling method includes the following steps. A controlling apparatus is used to adjust a position of the shielding apparatus according to a predetermined value, in which the predetermined value includes a predetermined width and a predetermined central coordinate of the object. A photographic capturing image step is performed on the object to get an image. An image processing step is performed on the image by using an image processing unit to get an central coordinate of the object in the image. A calculating unit is used to calculate a deviation value between the central coordinate and the predetermined central coordinate. The controlling apparatus is used to adjust the position of the shielding apparatus according to the deviation value to shield an edge portion of the object.
