Zusammenfassung:	The invention concerns a mixed-metal phosphate compound which as the main metal contains copper in the divalent oxidation state in a proportion of at least 70.0 at.% and one or more doping metals in an overall proportion of the doping metals of at least 0.01 to at most 30.0 at.%, wherein the doping metals are selected from the group consisting of the elements of the main groups 1 and 2 and the subgroup 8 of the elements of the periodic system, Al, Sn, Si, Bi, Cr, Mo, Mn, the lanthanides and the actinides, wherein the specified metal proportions relate to the overall amount of the metals in the mixed-metal phosphate compound and wherein the mixed-metal compound has a phosphate content expressed as P2O5 in the range of between 10 and 60% by weight. The invention further concerns a process for the production of the mixed-metal phosphate compound and use thereof.
