The dispersant includes polycarboxylic acid, polycarboxylic salt and a combination of polycarboxylic acid and polycarboxylic salt. A content of the dispersant ranges from 0.1wt% to 5wt%. A content of the nonionic surfactant ranges from 0.5wt% to 10wt%.
