Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an aluminum alloy containing from 5.0 to 8.0 weight % magnesium; 1.1 to 1.8 weight % nickel; 0.3 to 0.6 weight % iron; 0.1 to 0.15 weight % titanium; less than 0.3 weight % silicon and more than 88 weight % Al. The aluminum alloy of the invention possesses excellent properties in casting, cutting and anti-corrosion and can stand the metallic test and meet the criteria of AB 1953 and NSF-61of the U.S. leadless statutory.
