Zusammenfassung:A method for regulating cellulolytic enzyme components, which is a way of utilizing pretreated rice straw or it mixed with various amount of Napier grass as inducible substrate. This invention was useful to increase the ration of -glucosidase/FPase activity in cellulase, and cause fungus to secrete the cellulase with similar hydrolysis efficiency by using various biomass as inducible substrate.
