The information transferring device comprises a reading unit for exchanging with the intelligent tickets, vehicles and control centers, a communication unit having a short-ranged communication unit and a long-ranged communication unit for exchanging information with the vehicles and the control centers respectively; a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the processing unit conducts analysis on information relating to carrying requirements obtained by the reading unit and information relating to carrying conditions and/or recorded data retrieved by the control center via the long-ranged communication unit in order to generate traffic condition information to be displayed by the display unit, thereby allowing passengers or the control centers to acquire traffic information in real time.
