Zusammenfassung:	A method and a fixture for an adhering process of a touch panel are provided. The fixture is used for attracting at least a conductive film to perform a hot-press adhering process of at least the conductive film and at least a conductive glass. The fixture includes a plate and at least one framed-shaped support. The plate has at least one framed-shaped groove and at least one air-removal aperture. The framed-shaped groove is formed on an upper surface of the plate. The air-removal aperture is disposed within a region enclosed by the framed-shaped groove and penetrates through the plate. The framed-shaped support is wedged into the framed-shaped groove and protrudes to a designated height from the upper surface of the plate.
