description The present invention relates to a fiber type nano-optic amplification device and manufacturing method thereof, in which focused ion beam micro machining technology is employed to sheath a surface plasmon polarization structure layer on the top side of a fiber with a unique and precise manufacturing method. After light is transmitted in the fiber, in addition to enhancing the flux passing the aperture on the surface plasmon polarization structure layer, a miniature beam less than the diffraction limit is generated and a low numerical aperture condition is still demonstrated after it is transmitted to a far field. Such effect is known as Nano-Optic Sword (NOS). The device can be applied to advanced technologies such as optical data storage, optical microscopy, bio-medical diagnosis, and exposure and development, so as to fulfill superior optical space resolution beyond diffraction limit.
