Method for forming rubber foam or EVA foam shoesole

An EVA injection formation process includes using the shearing and thermal energy of a screw to melt an EVA foam material into liquid free of air; injecting the molten liquid into a mold to perform a vulcanization and foaming operation. A process according to the present invention includes installing pellets of a rubber foam or EVA foam material in a mold; evacuating air surrounding the pellets; closing the mold; pressurizing the mold; performing a vulcanization operation; performing a foaming operation; and performing a cooling formation operation, thereby producing a shoesole product.
