Использование: в биотехнологии. Сущность изобретения: получение биосорбента ионов редиоактивного плутония с повышеной сорбционной способностью. Для этого на стационарной фазе роста продуцента пектиназы осуществляют подсев культуры Cunninghamella japonica ВКМ F - 1204, по окончании культивирования отделенную от культуральной жидкости биомассу промывают избытком водного раствора ортофосфорной кислоты концентраций 0,25 - 1,00% при температуре 10 - 50С, после чего твердую фазу промывают водой до нейтрального значения pH, сушат, измельчают и используют в качестве сорбента. 1 з. п. ф-лы, 3 табл. |
