For this purpose at stationary phase of pectinase producer growth additional planting of Cunninghamelia japonica BKMF-1204 culture is exercised. As cultivating process is over separated from cultural liquid biomass is washed by excess of orthophosphoric acid water solution of 0.25 - 1.00 % concentration under temperature of 10 - 50 C. Then solid phase is washed by water till pH neutral value is achieved, dried, ground and used as sorbent. EFFECT: increase of biosorbent sorption capability. 2 cl, 3 tbl Использование: в биотехнологии. Сущность изобретения: получение биосорбента ионов редиоактивного плутония с повышеной сорбционной способностью. Для этого на стационарной фазе роста продуцента пектиназы осуществляют подсев культуры Cunninghamella japonica ВКМ F - 1204, по окончании культивирования отделенную от культуральной жидкости биомассу промывают избытком водного раствора ортофосфорной кислоты концентраций 0,25 - 1,00% при температуре 10 - 50С, после чего твердую фазу промывают водой до нейтрального значения pH, сушат, измельчают и используют в качестве сорбента. 1 з. п. ф-лы, 3 табл.
