The electric motor with a gearbox (11) rotates the control pin (10) with the help of a chain gear (12), resulting in mutual rotation of the controlled (2) and the control frame (3). The connection of the control frame (3) and the tilting frame (4) is realized by means of a pivot pin (13) firmly mounted in the tilting frame (4) and rotatably mounted in the control frame (3). This connection enables the longitudinal tilting of the two components towards each other. Damping and springing of longitudinal tilting is provided by a system of two spring-dampers (14) placed at one end on the consoles (15) of the control frame (3) and at the other end in the rockers (16) of the tilting frame (17) connected to the tilting frame (4).
