Zusammenfassung: | The technical solution relates to a hybrid umbilical cable for a plasma device comprising, in a radial outward direction, the following layers / components: a pipe (5) wrapped with an electrical insulation layer (9), which together create form a hydraulic conduit (21), an additional electrical insulation layer (10), at least one electric cable (7), which consists in a radial outward direction of: an electrical conductor (4a) in the form of a sheath, an additional electrical insulation layer (10), the electrical insulation layer (9); the additional electrical insulating layer (10); inner carrying and protective sheath (3) composed of carrying elements (22) of inner carrying and protective sheath having the mechanical strength of more than 1.0 x 106 Nm/kg, outer carrying and protective sheath (2) composed of carrying elements (24), of the outer carrying and protective sheath having the mechanical strength of more than 1.0 x 106 Nm/kg, the additional electrical insulation layer (10), an external electrical insulation layer (1); wherein the umbilical cable further comprises at least one optical data line (8) and at least one other electrical cable, whereby the carrying elements (22) of the inner carrying and protective sheath being twisted in one direction; and the carrying elements (24) of the outer carrying and protective sheath are twisted in the opposite direction, and wherein the additional electrical insulation layer (10) has the dielectric strength of more than 5 kV.
Technické riešenie sa týka hybridného prenosového vedenia pre plazmové zariadenie, ktoré obsahuje v radiálnom smere, smerom von, nasledujúce vrstvy/komponenty v uvedenom poradí: rúrku (5) obalenú elektroizolačnou vrstvou (9), ktoré spolu tvoria hydraulické vedenie (21), doplnkovú elektroizolačnú vrstvu (10), aspoň jeden elektrický kábel (7), ktorý pozostáva v radiálnom smere smerom von z: elektrického vodiča (4a) vo forme opletu, doplnkovej elektroizolačnej vrstvy (10), elektroizolačnej vrstvy (9); doplnkovú elektroizolačnú vrstvu (10); vnútorný nosný a ochranný plášť (3) zložený z nosných elementov (22) vnútorného nosného a ochranného plášťa s mechanickou pevnosťou viac ako 1,0 x 106 N-m/kg, vonkajší nosný a ochranný plášť (2) zložený z nosných elementov (24) vonkajšieho nosného a ochranného plášťa s mechanickou pevnosťou viac ako 1,0 x 106 N-m/kg, doplnkovú elektroizolačnú vrstvu (10), vonkajšiu elektro-izolačnú ochrannú vrstvu (1); kde prenosové vedenie ďalej obsahuje minimálne jedno opt |
