The connecting element can have an adjusting mechanism to achieve a different angular position of the axis of the base (1) to the overground building element (8). At the place of the base (1), the steel base (1) is vertical placed on the foundation and the tube (2) is pressed into the foundation by repeated strokes. The pile driver strokes to the base either directly or through the adaptor (13). At the start of the hammering, the base (1) can be held in the upright position by the support arms (12) of the support (10). Základ (1) má oceľovú nosnú dutú rúru (2) prispôsobenú na zatĺkanie do zeme. Rúra (2) má uzavretý kruhový alebo mnohouholníkový, alebo eliptický prierez a dĺžka rúry (2) je aspoň dvojnásobok jej priemeru. Rúra (2) môže byť vyrobená ako zvarenec dvoch ohranených polovíc, ktoré sú spojené dvoma pozdĺžnymi zvarmi. Základ (1) môže mať aspoň jednu lamelu (3) pripevnenú na plášti rúry (2). Pripojovací prvok má veniec (4) s otvormi a výstuhy (5) pripojené k povrchu rúry (2). Veniec (4) je určený na pripojenie príruby nadzemného stavebného prvku (8). Pripojovací prvok môže mať nastavovací mechanizmus na dosiahnutie rôznej uhlovej polohy osi základu (1) k nadzemnému stavebnému prvku (8). V mieste základu (1) sa zvislo na podklad postaví oceľový základ (1) a opakovanými údermi sa rúra (2) zatlačí do podkladu. Baranidlo udiera do základu priamo alebo prostredníctvom medzikusa (13). Na začiatku zatĺkania sa základ (1) môže pridržiavať v zvislej polohe pomocou oporných ramien (12) podpery (10).
