Opisujú sa farmaceutické prostriedky obsahujúce dekarboetoxyloratadín (DCL), metabolický derivát loratadínu, na liečbu alergickej rinitídy a iných porúch vyvolaných histamínom. Prostriedky sú pripravené tak, aby sa predišlo inkompatibilite medzi DCLa reaktívnymi prísadami.
