Farmaceutická kompozícia s bezprostredným uvoľnením obsahuje ciprofloxacín, spojivo, prostriedok podporujúci rozpadavosť a prípadne ďalšie farmaceutické pomocné prostriedky, a to vzhľadom na celkovú hmotnosť kompozície 60 - 80 % hmotnostných ciprofloxacínu (vo forme monohydrátu ciprofloxacín- hydrochloridu), 2 - 10 % hmotnostných maltodextrínu, 5 - 15 % hmotnostných prostriedku podporujúceho rozpadavosť karboxymetylškrobového typu, 3 - 6 % hmotnostných oxidu kremičitého, 1 - 3 % hmotnostné klzného prostriedku a v prípade tabliet s filmovým poťahom 2 - 6 % filmovej poťahovej vrstvy. |
