On the side of the body (5) there is an opening (9) with a pipe thread for the coolant nozzle. On the lower side, in the central contact surface of the body (5), there is a recess (13) for the coolant distribution channel.
Prípravok na upnutie stacionárneho dynamometra na revolverovú hlavu sústruhu je tvorený telesom (5) tvaru kvádra, ktoré má na vrchnej strane dosadaciu kontaktnú plochu, na ktorej sú na okrajových častiach umiestnené otvory (6) so závitom na prichytenie dynamometra. Na spodnej strane telesa (5) je v jeho strede umiestnený upínač VDI (10). Na okrajoch spodnej strany telesa (5) sú dva výstupky (11), ktoré medzi sebou zvierajú uhol zodpovedajúci uhlu troch po sebe nasledujúcich nástrojových pozícií na revolverovej hlave sústruhu. Výstupky (11) a stredná časť spodnej strany telesa (5) majú otvory (12) na prichytenie revolverovej hlavy sústruhu. Na bočnej strane telesa (5) je umiestnený otvor (9) s rúrkovitým závitom na dýzu chladiacej kvapaliny. Na spodnej strane v centrálnej dosadacej kontaktnej ploche telesa (5) je umiestnené vybranie (13) rozvodného kanála chladiacej kvapaliny. |
