Into the sedimentation tanks (1) the inflow conduits (7) are constructed whereas the outflow conduits (5) are collecting the accumulated water. The common mud settling pond (2) is divided into 2 parts by communication dam (6). Finally the sedimentation ponds (1) are impermeably isolated by polyethylene foil (8) or by some other suitable material (geotextile).
