Zusammenfassung: | The subject of the invention is a material composed of a photocatalytic deposit of TiO2 on superparamagnetic nanoparticle agglomerates and a procedure of application of TiO2 deposits on solid carriers. The material is utilized as a photocatalyst, e.g. for decomposition of organic pollutants in water and in the air. TiO2 layers on solid carriers are also important for applications in photovoltaics, nonlinear optics, for manufacturing of antibacterial coatings, self-cleaning coatings, etc. The procedure of application of TiO2 deposits on solid carriers is based on the hydrolysis of TiOSO4 in a water solution under elevation of pH value in the presence of a solid carrier with appropriately treated surface. The products according to the procedure are TiO2 deposits with a thickness from 1 to 100 nm. Thickness of TiO2 layer is controlled by the ratio of quantities of a solid carrier and TiOSO4 or by several repetitions of the application process. The TiO2 layer is amorphous or in a nanocrystalline anatase form.
Predmet izuma je material, ki je sestavljen iz fotokatalitskega nanosa TiO2 na aglomeratih superparamagnetnih nanodelcev, ter postopek nanašanja nanosov TiO2 na trdnih nosilcih. Material se uporablja kot fotokatalizator, na primer za razgradnjo organskih onesnažil v vodi in zraku. Plasti TiO2 na trdnih nosilcih so prav tako pomembne pri uporabi v fotovoltaiki, nelinearni optiki, za izdelavo antibakterijskih prevlek, samočistilnih prevlek, itd. Postopek nanašanja nanosov TiO2 na trdne nosilce temelji na hidrolizi TiOSO4 v vodni raztopini ob dvigu vrednosti pH v prisotnosti trdnega nosilca s primemo obdelano površino. Produkt postopka so nanosi TiO2 debeline od 1 do 100 nm. Debelino plasti TiO2 uravnavamo z razmerjem med množino trdnega nosilca in množino TiOSO4, ali z večkratnimi ponovitvami procesa nanašanja. Plast TiO2 je amorfna ali v nanokristalinični anatasni obliki. |
