According to the invention, a packaging unit (48) is arranged in the interior of the pasteurization unit (4), foreseen for individual packing of individual eggs, where each respective egg is inserted into an individual sterile container (8), after which the container (8) is closed tightly, and the egg is to be found in a sterile atmosphere for itself only since then, and as such, closed airtightly without any possibility to get in touch with the atmosphere out of the container (8) or with other eggs. A packaging (9), consisting of at least one container (8), is provided according to the invention, as well as the procedure of pasteurization, by which the durability of fresh eggs can be extended from previous 3 weeks to 24 weeks.
Naprava za pasterizacijo jajc sestoji vsaj iz selekcionirne enote za sortiranje oz razvrščanje jajc glede na težo in velikost namreč premer dolžino in podobno kot tudi iz pripravljalne enote transportne enote pasterizacijske komore pakirne enote skladiščno hladilne enote in po izbiri iz distribucijske enote pri čemer omenjena pasterizacijska enota poleg pasterizatorja predvidenega za pasterizacijo jajc obsega vsaj še hladilno enoto za ohlajanjepasteriziranih jajc na temperaturo stopinj celzija prednostno pa približno na stopinje celzija Po izumu je v notranjosti pasterizacijske enote razporejena embalirna enota ki je predvidena za posamično pakiranje posameznih jajcv okviru katerega se vsakokratno jajce vstavi v sterilen individualen vsebnik nakar se vsebnik neprodušno zapre odtlej pa je jajce v sterilni atmosferi samo zase in samo kot tako neprodušno zaprto brez sleherne možnosti stika z atmosfero izven vsebnika ali drugimi jajci Po izumu je predvidena tudi embalaža sestoječa iz vsaj enega vsebnika obenem pa je predviden tudi postopek pasterizacije s katerim je možno rok uporabnosti svežih jajc z dosedanjih |
