description | The provided light source (1) within a slot lamp according to the invention is a white LED, which is controlled by a control circuit (8). The patient's eye is illuminated by the illuminating slot, which is the result of a slot (3) image (7) based on the Koehler slot illumination. This means that the phosphorescence surface of the illuminating diode is projected via condensating optics (2) to the rear objective (4), which reproduces the slot (3) via a prism or mirror (6) on the eye. This way a uniform illuminated slot (3) image (7) is created on the examined eye. The control circuit (8) takes care for the correct relation between the voltage at the LED diode and electric current through it, thus enabling the control of the light intensity of the LED diode. The colour of the light does not change with increasing light intensity. The slot lamp with LED in application type II uses as its light source an LED, which at the same time emits red, green and blue light. By adjusting the corresponding level of the three aforementioned components, the user can provide on the eye a slot image (7) of any colour. For colour illumination of the eye therefore no filters are required, which are usually necessary for applying to white light.
Svetlobni vir (1) v spranjski svetilki po izumu je bela svetleca dioda, ki jo upravlja krmilno vezje (8). Pacientovo oko se osvetli z osvelitveno rezo, ki nastane kot slika (7) spranje (3) in se oblikuje s Koehlerjevo osvetlitvijo spranje. To pomeni, da se fosforescencna povrsina svetlece diode projicira prek kondenzorske optike (2) na zadnji objektiv (4), ki preslika spranjo (3) prek prizme ali ogledala (6) na oko. Na ta nacin nastane na pregledovanem ocesu enakomerno osvetljena slika (7) spranje (3). Krmilno vezje (8) skrbi za pravilno razmerje med napetostjo na svetleci diodi in tokom skozi njo in omogoca uravnavanje jakosti svetlobe svetlece diode. Barva svetlobe se ne spreminja z jakostjo svetlobe. Spranjska svetilka s svetleco diodo v izvedbeni razlicici II ima za svetlobni vir svetleco diodo, ki sveti hkrati rdece, zeleno in modro. Z nastavitvijo primerne jakosti posameznih zgoraj nastetih treh komponent uporabnik doseze poljubno barvo slike (7) spranje na ocesu. Za barvno osvetlitev ocesa zato niso potrebni filtri, ki jih sicer treba vstaviti v bel osvetljevalni snop. |
