Zusammenfassung: | The spotlight of the illumnant which is considered small from the aspect of the power of the light source, with cover panel (CP) from optical polymere, consisting of a shell (R1) and a reflective layer (R2). The surface of the reflective layer (R2) looking towards the light source (LS) is covered with a base layer (R3) made from material, whose absorption spectrum at least partially overlaps the absorption spectrum of the optical polymere, which the optical elements of the illumnant are made of. The thermal conductivity of the reflector shell (R1) in the transverse direction has to be at least 0.5 W/mK. In the base layer (R3) the incoming luminous flux is absorbed only in the area of the absorption peaks of the optical polymere. This part of the luminous flux would otherwise heat the cover panel (CP). The corresponding luminous flux is in the form of a thermal flux conveyed to the external surface of the reflector shell (R1), where the heat is emitted by convection and radiation into the environment of the illumnant. The base layer (3) at the same time protects the reflective layer (R2) against environment impact to the best advantage thereof.
Pri reflektorju za glede na moč svetlobnega vira majhno svetilo s pokrivno ploščo (CP) iz optičnega polimera, obsegajočem lupino (R1) reflektorja in reflektirno plast (R2), je proti svetlobnemu viru (LS) obrnjena površina reflektirne plasti (R2) prevlečena s predplastjo (R3) iz snovi, katere absorpcijski spekter se vsaj delno prekriva z absorpcijskim spektrom optičnega polimera, iz katerega so izdelani optični elementi v svetilu. Toplotna prevodnost reflektorjeve lupine (R1) v prečni smeri mora biti vsaj 0,5 W/mK. V predplasti (R3) se na reflektor vpadajoči svetlobni tok absorbira le v področju absorpcijskih vrhov optičnega polimera. Ta del svetlobnega toka bi sicer segreval polimerno pokrivno ploščo (CP). Njemu pripadajoči energijski tok pa se kot toplotni tok odvaja na zunanjo površino reflektorjeve lupine (R1), kjer se toplota s konvekcijo in sevanjem oddaja okolici svetila. Predplast (R3) pa obenem na ugoden način ščiti reflektirno plast (R2) pred dejavniki okolja.ŕ |
