For this purpose, the mechanism includes the improved basic plate (1) which comprises at least one stopping prominence (15', 15") in the areas under each of linking sections (223', 223") between the central section (222) and respective bearing sections (221', 221") of the clamping mechanism (2). At the same time, the central area (16) of the basic plate (1) under the holder (14) is elevated above other areas of the basic plate (1) owing to a prominent edging (160) surrounding at least a part of it. The said plate (1) may be still further reinforced by comprising - in addition to the stopping prominences (15', 15") and the elevated central area, surrounded at least partly by the edging (160) - still at least one longitudinal reinforcement (17, 18) and optionally also at least one transverse reinforcement (19', 19") lying within the areas of each respective positioning nest (10', 10"). Namen izuma je povečati oz. zmanjšati deformabilnost vpenjalnega mehanizma za registratorje, še zlasti njegove osnovne plošče (1). Na ta način je mehanizem ob izpolnjevanju vseh zahtev, katerim morajo tovrstni izdelki ustrezati, še zlasti v okviru še dopustne deformabilnosti v regularnem obremenitvenem stanju lahko bistveno lažji od doslej znanih mehanizmov, obenem pa ga je mogoče tudi lažje izdelovati. V ta namen mehanizem obsega izpopolnjeno osnovno ploščo (1), ki v območju pod vsakokratnim povezovalnim odsekom (223', 223'') med osrednjim odsekom (222) s pripadajočim ležiščnim odsekom (221', 221'') vpenjalnega mehanizma (2) obsega vsaj po eno naležno izbočitev (15', 15'') hkrati pa je osrednje območje (16) osnovne plošče (1) pod nosilcem (14) zahvaljujoč vsaj okoli dela le-tega potekajočemu izbočenemu obrobku (160) dvignjeno nad preostala območja osnovne plošče (1).
