Zusammenfassung:	An information delivery apparatus is disclosed, which delivers, when a certain section is in a state where a train schedule is not kept due to a train trouble, accident or the like, a present service situation to a user who is now going to use a section overlapping this section. About an entrant having entered a station, an information delivery apparatus acquires a destination station of the entrant to specify a route from the entraining station to the destination station, and if a transfer station exists in the route specified here, the transfer station is specified in addition to the route. When acquiring a trouble occurrence section in which a train schedule is not kept, the information delivery apparatus judges whether the route from the transfer station to the destination station overlaps with the trouble occurrence section, and delivers the present service situation in the trouble occurrence section to a registrant about whom the judgment of the overlap was made.
