The vacuum insulation part is provided with a core material formed by fiber assemblies; and an outer pack member covering the core material, wherein the interior of the outer pack member is decompressed and sealed, and the compression force of compressing the thickness of the core material taken from the outer pack member under atmospheric pressure to be 50% is under 5kPa.
