Zusammenfassung:	The improved method according to this invention is characterized essentially in that the water contents of the moist product are rejected in the liquid state by resorting to a thermal cycle which, after having transferred at a predetermined temperature to said moist product the energy necessary for vaporizing the water contained therein, recovers this energy at a considerably lower temperature by condensing the steam thus formed.
