The elongated sensor element (7, 7') is configured to generate a signal when a portion of the elongated sensor element (7, 7') is subjected to a change in thickness in a direction perpendicular to a direction of elongation of the elongated sensor element (7, 7') by a relative movement between the body part (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5) and the lawnmower body (3.1, 3.2, 3.3)
