The technical result of the claimed invention is to create new group of polynuclear heterometallic coordination compounds containing atoms of copper, barium and one of REE at 4:2:1 ratio and bis-(salicylidene) semicarbazide as chelating ligand. These compounds may be used as starting products for preparation of polycrystalline ceramics of high-temperature superconducting materials of perovskite structure.
