Способ включает получение суспензии для сырой панели, содержащей поверхностно-активное вещество на основе алкилэфирсульфатов, и удаление влаги из указанной суспензии с получением обезвоженной сырой панели. При этом удаление влаги включает подачу горячего воздуха и применение вакуума к указанной суспензии. Причем указанная суспензия содержит 10-40 мас.% твердых веществ, а указанные твердые вещества включают 10-50 мас.% минеральной ваты, 40-80 мас.% минерального заполнителя, 5-30% целлюлозы, 0,5-20% связующего вещества и 0,1-3% поверхностно-активного вещества.
