Liquid steel is first mixed with lime to obtain main slag, then, oxygen blowdown is carried out to increase oxidizability of main slag, a carbon-containing reducing agent is added, so that, during carbon oxidation with the release of large amount of gaseous carbon monoxide, phosphates are caught, and main slag is quickly foamed, and it flows out of a hole of a steel filling ladle, excluding conditions for subsequent rephosphorization.EFFECT: invention allows for highly efficient production of steel with ultra-low phosphorus content, while the production technology has a good dephosphorization effect and has low-cost price.16 cl, 4 ex Изобретение относится к металлургии, в частности к производству стали со сверхнизким содержанием фосфора, содержащей менее 0,003% фосфора. Жидкую сталь сначала смешивают с известью, получая основной шлак, затем проводят кислородную продувку, повышая окисляемость основного шлака, добавляют углеродсодержащий восстановитель, так что в процессе окисления углерода с выделением большого количества газообразного монооксида углерода улавливаются фосфаты, и основной шлак быстро вспенивается и вытекает из отверстия сталеразливочного ковша, исключая условия для последующей рефосфорации. Изобретение позволяет с высокой эффективностью производить сталь со сверхнизким содержанием фосфора, при этом технология производства обладает хорошим эффектом дефосфорации и имеет низкую себестоимость. 3 н. и 13 з.п. ф-лы, 4 пр.</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record>
