Zusammenfassung:FIELD: automation systems; transportation.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway traction power supply automation system, namely, to short circuit monitoring devices in alternating current contact network of double-track section. Device comprises contact network connected through switches to buses of traction substations, sectioning station on disconnectors, filter of higher harmonic components of residual voltage, input of which is connected to secondary winding of residual voltage transformer of contact network through closing with delay contact of start-up relay, low-pass filter LPF with transmission area of 0-48 Hz, amplifier and output relay. Input LPF is connected to output of high harmonic components of residual voltage, and output LPF - to input of amplifier, which in its turn is connected to output relay input. Device includes start-up circuit of two series-connected closing contacts of relay of repeater of disconnected position of first path switch and relay for fixation of command for switching on of first path switch, time relay, the first and the second intermediate relays, the closing contact of the second direction switch interlocking relay and two switching coils of the switches of the first and second paths, respectively. Starting chain of two series-connected relay contacts is connected by one end to "+" bus, and by another end to first input of start relay coil, second input of which is connected to "-" bus. Time relay coil is connected to the "+" bus via the output terminal of the output relay, and by the second output - to the "-" bus. Closing contact of time relay by one terminal is connected to "-" bus, and by the second one - to the first input of coil of the first intermediate relay, the second input of which is connected to "-" bus. First and second closing contacts of the first intermediate relay are connected by one of the leads to the "+" bus and supplying the "+" of the operational voltage to the first input of the switch of the first path switch and to the first input of the coil of the second intermediate relay, the second inputs of which are connected to the "-" bus. Chain of series-connected closing contact of the second intermediate relay and closing contact of the second direction switch interlocking relay locking relay is connected by one end to the "+" bus, and by another to first input of second path switch closing coil, second output of which is connected to "-" bus.EFFECT: higher reliability of traction power suppl
