Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electrical engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and electric power engineering and can be used for determination of damage point in electric networks 6-750 kV. Proposed device consists of two semi-assemblies each connected to appropriate end of power transmission line. At the first end of line 3 the first half-set of the device is installed to determine the point of damage 4, at the second end of line 5 second semi-set 6 is installed. Semi-set 4 consists of the following elements: unit of voltage meter and currents 7, connected by input to end of line 3; comparator unit 8, input of which is connected to output of threshold element 9; a unit for recording high-frequency signal 10, in which the first input is connected to the output of comparator unit 8, the second input is connected to the output of the voltage and current meter 7, the third input is connected to the output of the global time signal receiving unit of satellite system 11; unit for determining time mark of arrival of electromagnetic wave 12, in which input is connected to output of unit of recording HF signal 10, and output is connected through communication port with computer 13 and through first communication channel 14 is connected to similar port 15 of unit for determining time mark of arrival of electromagnetic wave of second half-set 6. Additionally, a unit of local precise time 16 signal generator can be introduced, in which the first input is connected to the output of the global precise time signal monitoring unit 17, connected by the input to the output of the global precise time signal receiving unit 11, and the second local precise time signal former input is connected directly to the output of the global precise time signal receiving unit 11. Signals of local precise time 16 via communication port are connected via second communication channel 18 with similar port 19 of signal generator of local precise time of second half-set 6. Second communication channel 18 is in form of a dedicated optic-wave line.EFFECT: high reliability of the device and wider field of use thereof.3 cl, 2 dwg
