METHOD OF ASSESSING THE PREPAREDNESS LEVEL OF ANTI-AIRCRAFT SNIPERS SQUAD AT TRAINING AIDS

Method is based on formation of assessment for I-th firing of each anti-aircraft sniper taking into account its category Q (first, second, third) and possibility of correction of assessment for I-th firing. Further, the N-th number of firings of each anti-aircraft sniper is taken into account, the arithmetic mean value of the results of the N-th number of firings of each anti-aircraft sniper is formed, and based on the obtained result, the value of the preparedness level of each anti-aircraft sniper is formed. Then assessment of separation of anti-aircraft snipers squad for I-st shooting is made with due allowance for level of difficulty of exercise, after that evaluation of results of I-th firing of separation of anti-aircraft snipers squad is corrected. N-th number of firing of automatic gunners is taken into account, average arithmetic value of results of N-th number of firings of marksmen of anti-aircraft snipers squad is formed, value of preparedness level of detachment of anti-aircraft snipers squad is formed.
