In the device comprising housing, which from the outside has barrel (oval) shape, and inside has profiled through hole, characterized in that it has two critical cross sections 1 and 3, between which the cross section 2 with the largest expansion is arranged. Input critical cross section 1 is smaller than the output critical cross section 3. Cross sections 4, 1, 2, 3, 5 combination forms the two opposite de Leval nozzles. Device operates as follows. During the projectile or bullet flight on the trajectory passive part in the cross section 2 area, tending to the vacuum suction occurs. Such suction occurs due to the flowing medium (air) blowing (injecting) through the channel central part. In the presence of an evacuated cavity, the flying projectile acts as the suction turbine, and the grooves 6 at the head part, ensuring its rotation like an impeller, which provides increase in the medium flow velocity. With such a through hole internal profile, the input stream energy is used for its self-acceleration, which ensures the reactive force intensification and, correspondingly, increase in the flight range. Projectile stabilization in flight can be performed by rotation. At that, the projectile can have ready-made grooves 6 in the body head part. Технической задачей предлагаемого прямоточного кинетического снаряда является увеличение дальности и устойчивости полета снаряда путем уменьшения его аэродинамического сопротивления и увеличения реактивной силы, упрощение его конструкции и технологии изготовления. Указанный технический результат при осуществлении изобретения достигается тем, что в устройстве, сод
