Information carrier is characterized by the appearance in the reflected light of a uniformly colored field or image, and in transmitted light, by smoothly changing the polarity of the latent image and/or by the motion of the moire stripes. Performed on a paper, polymer or composite basis, and comprises at least one region of enhanced transparency, wherein at least one colored raster structure in the form of lines is applied to the said region on both sides of the carrier. Difference in the periods of the raster structures of the front and back sides is from 0.01 to 100 mcm or from 0 to 20 %, and the angle between the front and back side of the section is from 0 to 10 degrees.
