When establishing TLR-2 gene expression levels of 21.2 OE and above, TLR-4 23.0 OE and above, TLR-8 of 25.7 OE and above conduct emergency prophylaxis of abortion with prescription of vitamin therapy, antibiotic therapy, intravenous immunoglobulin and immunomodulator with antimicrobial activity. In this case, as an immunomodulator with antibacterial activity, kipferon can be used.EFFECT: method allows to achieve an adequate response to treatment by increasing the reliability of the prognosis of pregnancy during optimization of correction of management and treatment of pregnant women with an integrated assessment of the reactivity of the body and the course of pregnancy and prevention of complications of antibiotic therapy by clarifying the indications for its conduct by excluding it from a certain contingent of pregnant women.1 cl, 8 ex Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к акушерству и гинекологии, и может быть использовано для ведения беременных с инфекционной патологией урогенитального тракта. Для этого исследуют экспрессию генов рецепторов врожденного иммунитета - TLR. При установлении уровней экспрессии генов TLR-2 21,2 ОЕ и выше, TLR-4 23,0 ОЕ и выше, TLR-8 25,7 ОЕ и выше проводят экстренную профилактику прерывания беременности с назначением витаминотерапии, антибиотикотерапии, внутривенного иммуноглобулина и иммуномодулятора с антимикробной активностью. При этом в качестве иммуномодулятора с антибактериальной активностью может быть использован кипферон.
