After that, they are sent to a magnetic separation to separate into types, and water is removed for a subsequent cycle.EFFECT: reduces power consumption.1 cl
Изобретение относится к переработке красных шламов - отходов алюминиевого производства. Красный шлам измельчают и разделяют с помощью магнитной сепарации на магнитную и немагнитную фракции. Перед измельчением красные шламы смешивают с активированной магнитным полем водой до состояния пульпы. Для измельчения шлама формируют поток пульпы и пропускают его через «кипящий слой» ферромагнетиков, на который воздействуют вращающимся магнитным полем. Частоту вращения магнитного поля изменяют до появления в потоке пульпы кавитации при резонансе колебаний ферромагнетиков с собственными колебаниями частиц пульпы в диапазоне частот 14-25 кГц с разрушением твердых фракций пульпы на составляющие мелкодисперсные элементы.
