Настоящее изобретение относится к вирусологии и медицине. Предложен штамм вируса гриппа свиней A/swine/Siberia/1sw/2016 H1N1-субтипа, выделенный из гомогената легочной ткани домашней свиньи на территории Западной Сибири и депонированный в Государственной коллекции вирусов на базе Института вирусологии им. Д.И. Ивановского ФГБУ «ФНИЦЭМ им. Н.Ф. Гамалеи» Минздрава России под номером 2803. Предложенный штамм может быть использован для приготовления антигенсодержащего субстрата и сыворотки для серодиагностики гриппа H1-субтипа в реакции торможения гемагглютинации (РТГА), а также может быть применен в качестве контрольного референс-образца при оценке специфичности тест-систем методом ПЦР. С помощью предложенного штамма возможно проводить оценку эффективности противовирусных препаратов против гриппа in vitro и in vivo. 2 ил., 3 табл., 4 пр. |
