Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: detection device such as an "electronic nose" is used, with a matrix formed by 8 sensors based on piezoelectric resonators of volumetric acoustic waves with the base oscillation frequency of 10.0 MHz, with diverse film sorbents on electrodes, to stabilize coatings for non-chromatographic phases, a carbon nanotube substrate is used, array coating is selective: for alcohols - polyethylene glycol adipate, PEHA; for higher alcohols, ketones, esters - polyethylene glycol sebacate and polyethylene glycol PEG-2000; for esters - polyethylene phthalate, PEGF; for sulfur-containing compounds, esters - Triton X-100, TX-100; to acids, water, alcohols - dicyclohexano-18-6, crown ether (DCH18C6/CNT); for phenolic and other aromatic compounds - trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO/CNT); for ketones - bee glue. Each sample in a volume of 10.0 cmis placed in a sterile glass sampler, maintained at 20±1 °C in a sealed vessel with a soft polymer membrane 1 cmof equilibrium gas phase is withdrawn by a syringe and injected into the detection cell, piezoelectric resonators oscillation frequency is recorded for 2 minutes with 1 second intervals. The total analytic signal is graphically formed as a "visual fingerprint" of highs, and the analytical signals are compared to each other and to the reference "visual fingerprints" obtained by qualitative analysis of samples using unit software, establishing the degree of similarity and difference. If the degree of similarity with any standard from the database exceeds 95%, it is concluded that the sample is made of the same material as ethanol, if the degree of similarity is 90 - 95%, it is believed that the analyzed ethanol is produced from raw materials with properties differing from the standard or developed with technological violations, if the degree of similarity is less than 90%, the sample is compared with the standard alcohol from other raw materials.EFFECT: use of the method allows accurate determination of analyzed spirits authenticity.1 tbl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
