FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device to puncture proximal end of femoral bone comprises tube with sharp working end and cannula at other end. Placed in tube cavity sharp pointed mandrin is made with holder. Angle section outer edge of tube working end is aligned with angle section of mandrin working end. Needle cannula has lateral projection, and on retainer is turned aside lengthwise cutout. Device has base with two vertical parallel channels for screws, lengthwise round channel for axis and side channel for bolt to fix axis with it. On rear end of base around hole of elongated channel axis rotation divisions scale is made, and at end of axis there is a mark.
