Изобретение относится к способу получения нанокапсул антибиотиков. В качестве оболочки нанокапсул используется ксантановая камедь, в качестве ядра - антибиотик. Массовое соотношение ядро:оболочка составляет 1:3. Согласно способу по изобретению порошок антибиотика добавляют в суспензию ксантановой камеди в гексане, содержащую препарат Е472с в качестве поверхностно-активного вещества. Затем добавляют хлористый метилен. Полученную суспензию нанокапсул отфильтровывают и сушат. Процесс осуществляют при 25°C в течение 15 минут. Способ обеспечивает упрощение и ускорение процесса получения нанокапсул и увеличение выхода по массе. 5 ил., 12 пр. |
