Способ регулирования процесса гранулирования фосфорсодержащих удобрений включает стадию разделения гранулированной шихты на грохотах на мелкую, товарную и крупную фракции с измельчением крупной фракции и возвратом мелкой фракции и измельченной крупной фракции в процесс в качестве ретура, причем шихту, поступающую на разделение, делят на два потока, соотношение которых определяется получением заданного количества товарной фракции, причем первый поток разделяют по границам диапазона размеров товарной фракции и заданное количество товарной фракции выводят из процесса из первого потока, а второй поток разделяют только по верхней границе товарной фракции, при этом поддерживают удельную нагрузку на грохоты, через которые пропускают второй поток, такой, чтобы поддерживать стабильным эквивалентный диаметр гранул шихты.
