Дефект суставной поверхности дистального метаэпифиза лучевой кости восстанавливают аутотрансплантатом, сформированным из проксимального метаэпифиза 1 фаланги 2, или 3, или 4 пальца стопы. При заполнении костно-хрящевого дефекта аутотрансплантатом его хрящевую поверхность ориентируют в полость лучезапястного сустава.
