Изобретение относится к производству жидкого расплава в плавильных агрегатах шахтного типа. Для разрушения шлаковых настылей в шахтных печах на настыли воздействуют акустическим полем, создаваемым подачей потока акустических колебаний в спутный поток воздушного дутья, подаваемого через фурмы в рабочее пространство нижней части печи, с обеспечением распределения акустического поля непосредственно в слое. Причем акустическое поле создают звуковой мощностью 0,1-0,6 Вт/м3 и частотой колебаний, устанавливаемой в зависимости от толщины образовавшихся настылей в диапазоне 100-1000 Гц. Изобретение обеспечивает удаление настылей без увеличения объемов вредных выбросов в атмосферу простым экономичным способом, что увеличивает производительность печи. 2 табл. |
