Zusammenfassung:FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method to transport and position a fixed offshore platform, having a support part from support blocks and an upper structure, includes connection of support blocks between each other prior to transportation with a transport assembly frame, towing, positioning and setting of support blocks of the support part connected with the transport assembly frame as a single structure. The length of the transport assembly frame is selected as not less than the distance between support blocks required for the specified transport assembly barge with the platform upper structure to enter. Then the specified support blocks of the support part are fixed, and the transport assembly frame is dismantled. Afterwards the transport assembly barge is entered with the platform upper structure installed in it into the support part opening, the upper structure is moved to the support part, and the transport assembly barge is removed from the support base opening. The device to transport and position the fixed offshore platform having a support part from support blocks and an upper structure comprises a floating facility to tow the support part and a transport assembly barge to transport the upper structure. The device is equipped with a transport assembly frame mounted as capable of rigid connection of support blocks to each other for transportation, further positioning and setting of support blocks of the support part connected by the transport assembly frame as a single structure.
