The device to transport and position the fixed offshore platform having a support part from support blocks and an upper structure comprises a floating facility to tow the support part and a transport assembly barge to transport the upper structure. The device is equipped with a transport assembly frame mounted as capable of rigid connection of support blocks to each other for transportation, further positioning and setting of support blocks of the support part connected by the transport assembly frame as a single structure.
