Изобретение относится к экспериментальной медицине и касается разработки способов лечения дивертикулеза кишечника. Моделируют патологию путем создания локального разрежения стенки толстой кишки. Затем через 1-1,5 часа внутривенно вводят инфликсимаб в дозе 15-20 мг/кг, после чего через 30-60 минут вводят серотонин в дозе 0,1-0,15 мг/кг. Способ обеспечивает эффективное лечение дивертикулеза в услових создания указанной модели при снижении травматичности лечения заболевания. 3 пр. |
