Способ включает отбор штаммов с признаками ростстимулирующего и фунгистатического действия из корней дикорастущих растений ячменя заячьего, произрастающего в диапазоне 1500-2000 м над уровнем моря, и последующую обработку ими посевов озимой пшеницы. Причем пшеницу обрабатывают в две фазы - весной при отрастании - ростстимулирующими бактериями и в фазу начала цветения - фунгистатическими.
