The capacitor battery (2) is connected by a positive pole via the semiconductor valve (5) to a positive pole of the accumulator battery (1). The traction relay (11), the relay of connection of the capacitor battery (9) and the starter connection relay (10) have normally open contacts (15, 13, 14) accordingly. The control relay (8) has normally closed contacts (12). The winding of the capacitor battery (9) connection relay is connected to the semiconductor valve (5) via the starter breaker (6), the contacts (12) of the control relay (12) and the negative pole of the accumulator battery (1). The contacts (13) of the capacitor battery (2) connection relay are connected with negative poles of the accumulator (1) and capacitor (2) batteries. The winding of the control relay (8) is connected to the second outlet of the generator (3) and via the resistor (7) with the first outlet of the generator (3) and with the negative pole of the accumulator battery (1). The generator (3) is connected with its third outlet to the positive pole of the accumulator battery (1). The winding of the starter (4) connection relay is connected to the starter breaker (6) and the negative pole of the accumulator battery (6). The contacts (15) of winding of the starter (10) connection relay are connected to the starter breaker (6) and the winding of traction relay of the starter (11). The winding of the starter traction relay (11) is connected to the contacts (14) of the starter (10) connection relay and the starter (4).
